The "Deutsche Fotografische Akademie" was developed from the 1919 founded association "Deutsche Lichtbilder". The members of the DFA are photographers and photo artists who have award winning photographic work to present. The idea for the logo is based on one technique of photography, the zoom. The effect of zooming is displayed in the logo with different font sizes and shapes. One main point of the Corporate Design for the DFA is that the photographic work is in the focus.
